Leadership Club

Leadership Club of IECW is functioning effectively to develop students to lead with excellence and integrity while they build community, personally flourish and act in a positive and socially responsible manner. It also provides an opportunity to learn to identify themselves and display effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Objectives

• To cultivate personal growth and professional skills of the students.
• To encourage and inspire group development and leadership skills.
• To achieving a cohesive atmosphere inside the college campus.

Activities

• Stimulate the students for planning and organizing different activities and events inside the campus.
• Encourage the students to involve in various functional committees of technical events, cocurricular and extracurricular activities.
• Conduct various activities such as games, group discussion, debate among club members to enhance their self-confidence, concentration, time management, listening skills, communication skills etc.
• Maintain discipline among the peer group during prayer and common functions through club members.
