A Quality Management System is a set of policies, processes and procedures required for planning and execution in the core area of an Institution. The QMS integrates the various internal processes within the Institution and intends to provide a process approach for effective Teaching and Learning, which enables the organization to identify, measure, control and improve the various core Teaching-Learning processes that will ultimately lead to improve academic performances. QMS involves the activities of (i) Carrying out Internal Audit for core and supporting activities and frequency varies with its occurrences and its impact (ii) Conducting External Audit for surveillance and recertification (iii) Providing Training for the faculty members to carryout Internal audit process (iv) Orienting newly recruited staff members on QMS standards and its implementation.
