Students are regularly exposed to the latest industrial practices through several industrial visits. Industrial visits provide an excellent opportunity for the students to interact with industries and know more about industrial environment.Industrial visits are arranged for the students with an objective of providing them functional opportunity in different sectors which also helps to combine theoretical knowledge with industrial knowledge.
All the second and third year ECE and EEE students went for an Industrial visit to Padmavahini Transformer Pvt. Ltd., Coimbatore on 15th February 2020.The students wereprovided an insight about manufacturing and working of transformers.
IECW organized a three days Industrial Visit cum Educational Tour to ISRO, Trivandrum, from 17.07.2019 to 19.07.2019 for final year Students of CSE, EEE, ECE and IT department. They have visited Rocket launching at ISRO and enjoyed in Kovalam beach and Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple.The Industrial Visit was a great benefit for the students to directly understand about the various concepts of satellite and space missions done by ISRO.
Industrial visit and educational tour have arranged for ECEand EEE final year students from 20.09.2018 to 22.09.2018. They have visited wind mill located at Kanyakumari .Through this industrial visit , students have acquired some knowledge about power generation .Also they have enjoyed at Rameshwaram and Courtralam.
The final year students of ECE and EEE went for an Industrial visit to ISRO, Trivandrum, from 15.08.2017 to 17.08.2017. Students have visited the models of various satellites that has been launched by ISRO for various applications.Also, they have enjoyed in Kovalam beach and Wonderla.
Internships can be a great way to develop and apply the skills, theories and concepts learned in the curriculum. It enhances the knowledge of workplace collaboration, business etiquette and strong communication tactics. Our Students have undergone internship in various industries/companies are listed below:
