Leadership Club of IECW is functioning effectively to develop students to lead with excellence and integrity while they build community, personally flourish and act in a positive and socially responsible manner. It also provides an opportunity to learn to identify themselves and display effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Stimulate the students for planning and organizing different activities and events inside the campus.
Encourage the students to involve in various functional committees of technical events, cocurricular and extracurricular activities.
Conduct various activities such as games, group discussion, debate among club members to enhance their self-confidence, concentration, time management, listening skills, communication skills etc.
Maintain discipline among the peer group during prayer and common functions through club members.
