IECW provides value oriented professional education to the rural based young women for past 20 years. IECW makes every woman to think sharper, act faster and live wiser by providing platforms to exhibit their talents and facilities to transform their state-of-the-art ideas into workable commercial propositions through Idhaya Technological Entrepreneur Incubation Centre, Innovation club and Professional Associations.
Technically educated women, enlightens her intelligent quotient in addition to emotional quotient. IECW makes its mate to an optimist and self-disciplined pleasing personality through proper guidance and counselling. IECW motivates them to have the courage to aim higher and to develop the leadership quality through Women Empowerment Cell.
Important focus is provided to form the spiritual character of the students and to develop their life skills by providing opportunities through Service Associations, and various Club activities. As an outcome, many of our alumni have been placed in multinational companies; some of them have completed their higher studies and settled overseas. Others are lending their service as successful entrepreneurs and best professional educators.
I feel happy that the women engineers who come out of our college become socially conscious of the needs of others. They are the powerful agents in the noble cause of transformation.
